This article delves into a comprehensive approach to understanding and managing ASD, drawing from a detailed manual that emphasizes a holistic perspective. It highlights the importance of moving beyond diagnostic labels towards fostering a "better life" for individuals with ASD. This article underscores a wide array of observational methods, ranging from sleep patterns and gastrointestinal health to sensory processing and environmental influences. Furthermore, it explores the potential role of alternate therapies, particularly Homeopathy, in managing ASD, emphasizing its perceived advantages of fewer side effects and its potential to address underlying imbalances. This article also stresses the crucial role of parental involvement, individualized care, and the creation of supportive environments in the journey towards improving the quality of life for individuals with ASD.
